Florida Athletics Cheer and Dance, Inc. is a cheerleading gymnasium where children of all ages can train to be the best all around cheerleader/dancer possible. Our goal is simple: To help cheerleaders and dancers achieve their goals and have fun doing it. The staff is here to strengthen and condition and to teach proper motion technique, jumps, stunting and tumbling. Along with the physical side of cheerleading, we hope to provide a solid foundation in basic training for "life".
