Hello,My name is Carolyn Hernandez. I was in your store in Naples about 2 weeks ago. I went into the store for the first time. I was unable to find what I was looking for.You do not carry plus size lingere??? So I sat down around the restroom area and I found myself in so much pain due to arthritis that I was unable to walk to my car. One of your employees ( Sandy? a department manager in the fine jewlery department)she kept asking me if I neede any help. In fact she insisted to go upstairs and bring down a wheel chair and then insisted on assisting to my car(by the way it was raining hard)Yet she still helped me!! Needless to say I was very thankful and very impressed!!If only more employees could be even just a little like this including myself we would be living in such a more enjoyable world!
