I have never been to a more unprofessional place of business. The RUDEST owner in the world. It's clear that she is a very unhappy person which, she manages to filter over to the salon professionals (I use that word loosely). I was very uncomfortable and the woman besdie me said she'd never go back either. There is NOTHING professional and NOTHING good I can comment about this place. Run don't Walk from this place. I too had to go get my hair "fixed" at a different salon

I am shocked by the other reviews on this site! I have never had a bad experience at D'Amici salon and have been going there for years! It's a great salon! The staff is very talented and friendly and they have great prices! They even offer 20% off your first visit and a $50 spa mani/pedi special, can't beat that! I would highly reccommend D'Amici.

Mindy the owner is money hungry, rude and crazy. charge to much for any service and push people to buy the products (very expensive). the staff seen to be very unhappy and her assistant manager very unprofessional, rude and don't have the experience to do hair yet. it seen like the owner is using her to save money. I was there with my friend she got charged $60.00 for a haircut and blow dry. my friend is only 16 year old. nobody told her about the price. she got push to dry her hair.

STAY AWAY!!This was one of the worst salons I have ever been to in Naples. NOT a very nice environment. Owneris toooooooooo nosey!!

this place is absolutely the most unpleasant place i have ever been to! the owner is very rude, the girl at the front desk was not nice or welcoming at all. i went in for a trim and dye, came out with my hair 4 inches shorter then i asked for, the hair color i asked for was supposed to be brown, it is orange! got in my car and cried, one of the worst days of my life. went to robert of philadelphia to get it fixed, my hair dresser was appalled at the job they did at d'amici salon. he said that the back of my hair looked like it was done with a chain saw...please girls (or guys) do not go here you will not be happy! also, as i wa getting my hair done, there was a little girl next to me getting her hair cut, she was about 4 years old so naturally a little fussy. the owner as very rude to the girls mother, told her to try to make the girl be quiet. the owner ten walked around rolling her eyes and scoffing at the mother and child. very rude!!!! most horrible experience of my LIFE!

This salon is so up tight and there main concern is money! they treat you like garbage. God forbid you miss an appointment, they will not make another appointment for you. I had bought there salon promotion that they had. Mind you i work for a VERY busy law Firm. I had to cancelle twice due to my work but the front desk girl i think her name is Marla was extreamly rude n told me there wilL be no Rescheduleing unless i paid CASH!!! NEVER GO TO THIS SALON THEY ARE DISGUSTING!!!!!!!
