Wouldn't go anywhere else

Used to be a dealer only customer. I decided to give Courtesy Automotive a shot and im glad i did. Fixed the problem i had for less than the dealer and provided the same quality work. They even do a car wash after every service done! A+ work guys

NEEDED TO FIND THAT ONE MECHANIC THAT IS SO HARD TO FIND!

I've lived in Naples for 20yrs. I've built muscle cars all my life and know quality work when I see it! Due to health reasons, I can't do the work on my cars. So that meant I had to find that one mechanic shop that could please a car builder like myself. I found him! Chet and his team are without a doubt that very rare find! Quality of work, knowledge of all cars from Toyotas to Rolls Royce, very reasonable pricing, all done the way it should be! He worked on my 1990 Corvette Convertible, not the easiest car to work on. A problem i was pulling my hair out trying to figure out for a week, diagnosed immediately and schedueled within 2 days and fixed is a half a day! Will always have my vehicle work done here and will send anyone else I talk t here for work! Thanks Chet and Thanks to your staff for your great work! Jim Eichelberger

Excellent Repair shop

They are great

I took my car to them for a second opinion. They checked my car out provided me with an estimate. When i picked up my car it was less than the estimate. My car was washed and best of all the problem was fixed.Thanks guys i will tell all my friends.

Really unhappy

Charged me for parts I didn't need, with labor... When I went back for my car that was supposed to be fixed, he said it still won't work and he charged me for the parts I didn't need and I left there with a quote for what the actual problem was... what a jerk ... never again will I ever go back there... Don't let people take advantage of you. Oh and for the record he got me for almost a grand...

Both my wife and I have taken our respective Jaguars (1993 XJS) and 2005 XJ to Chet's and highly recommend him and his mechanics. There is a lot of expertise on his staff and Chet himself is an excellent diagnostician. I know at least tow other Neopolitan's who recommend him as well.
