My name is Andrea and I am one of the owner's of Animal Oasis Veterinary Hospital. In order to write a rebuttal to a negative review we received on 12-26-2013 I have to create a review! For the person that wrote the negative review, I am truly sorry if you did not receive the best customer service and outstanding care for you and your pet. We have always and continue to pride ourselves on our compassion for what we do and our exceptional customer service. I would like to reach out to you and say we are sorry you had a negative experience, typically we have the opposite reaction from our clients :) I encourage you to contact me directly so that we can talk about what occured and make certain that it doesn't happen again. And for those of you that are thinking of coming to our practice for your pets I would like for you to focus on all of the amazingly positive reviews we have received and contintue to receive and don't allow one person's opinion sway you. The WORST veterinarian I have EVER had! They messed up my dog's paperwork, did not cure her ear infection, for which they charged me a fortune, and then 3 months after having paid my bill in cash, contacted me via e mail to threaten me with a lawsuit for nonpayment of my $20 meds!!! Too many people working the front desk and too many bells and whistles with less than stellar veterinary care = too expensive for NOTHING!

Hands down the best vet clinic in town! We are so grateful to have found them as our vet. We have been taking our 2 dogs and our cat to see Dr. Stacy and Dr. Lien for the last three years. One of our dogs has had problems with what we thought were allergies for years. We had him at 2 veterinary clinics prior to Animal Oasis. It was Dr. Stacy's knowledge that immediately told her that he had an auto-immune skin disease. She looked at the best and least expensive ways to diagnose that and we were so grateful to finally get to the bottom of his issues and finally get him treated. What I loved the most was that during this time, Dr. Stacy and Dr. Lien both went out of their way to call us personally during his flare up to make sure that he was doing ok. We never got that kind of "family-like" service from our previous 2 vets. When our cat was injured and required amputation of his leg, Dr. Stacy came in on a Saturday to do the emergency surgery so that he didn't suffer over the weekend. The technicians at Animal Oasis show their love for animals and treat them as if they were their own. Even the staff at the front desk is always professional and very hands-on when it comes to the care of our pets. The knowledge and follow-up is one of the things I love the most! It is reassuring to know that we have them in our corner knowing they always look out for the best interest of our pets.

I am SO IMPRESSED by the Veterinary care & ALL the staff at Animal Oasis Veterinary Hospital. They are SO VERY WELCOMING & my little Bella was SO calm. Our last Vet we had, she had bit them when they were trying to give her her shot. But they did it right in the waiting area, so like my husband said, they didn't even take the time to bring her in back & calm her. At Animal Oasis, my Bella was right at home, just walking around and sniffing everything. They are all so very caring here & she could sense that. Not to mention they are very fair in their pricing. A free initial office visit, really helps out in this economy today. They gave her a complimentary nail clipping, as well. I never even had to ask. I would & WILL RECOMMEND Animal Oasis to EVERYONE I know. They are a god sent. Thank you Animal Oasis that I have somewhere to go (& close to home), where I KNOW that my Bella will be well taken care of, as if she were their very own.

This place is wonderful, the staff were so friendly, they offered me and my son cookies and sodas and were so inviting. The exam room had a flat screen tv for my son so he could watch cartoons while we were waiting which was great for me. My dog has had the same skin issues and diarrhea for months and I finally asked a neighbor where they go and they told me about Animal Oasis. I will never go anywhere else, they are the best. My dog doesn't have diarrhea anymore and her skin looks beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone!!
