I have been coming to Women's Institute for years and have been always satisfied with my results. The staff always lets me know about new products and procedures that may benefit the results I am looking for.

I have been using botox for 12 years - the past 9 years I have been coming to Women's Institute because of the warm, friendly staff and of course very happy with the results. Office is very clean, comfortable and professional.

Barb, the nurse, was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions and concerns before the procedure. I felt very comfortable during and after the procedure. I left the office very relaxed, excited and satisfied. Can't wait til my next visit!

If I could give this business a zero I would! I went to their Naperville office for a botox appointment and had a horrible experience! My face was uneven and they were very unapologetic when I showed them. They wanted to charge me more for them to fix it! I would NOT recommend that anyone go to this business regardless. Also they ask for too much personal information, they seem to be money driven and not necessarily care about their patients, you have to wait WAY too long in their waiting room, and the Doctor is a stern, uncaring, cold woman.
