I was seeking FHA Back to Work program ...



It's going on almost 3 months now and I am getting a major run around. I decided to put faith into Pete Thompson getting me the answers that I need. I am getting no follow up after leaving a few emails over the past 3 weeks. It is very unprofessional. I went with another lender that gave me the answers that I needed and with a quick turnaround. Avoid Prospect Mortgage and Pete Thompson!

I was seeking a FHA 203K, and fell upon Prospect's website. I put in a request for more information, and was greeted by a nice fellow by the name of Jarrod Greer. I gave him all of the info needed to get my application started and after that he has yet to call me and it has been over a week now. I called him 3-4 times left two messages, sent him emails, nothing. He is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend this broker. There are other mortgage brokers who will lead you to where you need to be, and if you don't qualify will tell you, not avoid you. Not worth your business.

Pete is a great asset to me with his efficiency and keeping on top of his business.

Open communication, honesty, and going the extra mile to serve us and our client.

Both Peter and Jeanine were very patient and kind throughout the entire process. I valued the respect and courtesy they always provided throughout every phone call. Purchasing a home can be a very stressful time and both Peter and Jeanine provided me with honest options while always being sensitive to my needs. Wow! I have never made a major purchase before where I felt as if they truly wanted to help me as a person :)

Whatever Kevin says he's going to do, he does; that's it in a nutshell. And it's worth millions. I will follow Kevin wherever he goes!

John was just his normal, consistent self. John is always my first choice.

Explained in detail what was going on to my clients. Since it was their first home purchase they were quite nervous and skeptical and, of course, had many questions. They rapidly started to feel more at ease and I appreciated that.
