Amateurs in customer service ~ I contacted Tamraz through their eBay store and asked a question by contacting the seller. I told them that I knew it was a long shot. I asked if since they carried a dash cap for a 1991-1993 Chevrolet Caprice Classic was there any hope that they might carry a dash cap for a 1994-1996 Caprice Classic. Well, someone that goes by DA replied with this gem of a comment. “If you did a quick Google search you would have the dashboards are different.” This brainiac basically told me to “Google it” instead of using his sausage fingers and pull up and search their PARTS CATALOG. I left Tamraz a very accurate One Star Review on their Google Places page since they are so fond of Google as a resource. Then the harassing emails began. DA emailed telling me to “Move on”, next Julia messaged me with the all so popular snide comment “have a blessed day”, the John sent multiple messages telling me I was blocked from buying their cheap Chinese knock off parts from their eBay store. Number one, you can’t fire a customer that has zero intention of buying from you. Number two, how hard would it be to create another Gmail and eBay account and buy as many Chinese replicas as I please? Two days later a John contacted me again and told me to leave them alone. Wow, what a top notch facility they are operating.
