As a parent of two dancers and as one who has been involved with the studio for over 10 years, I can objectively state that the training and performance opportunities offered at DanceWest Ballet are excellent. The classes are taught by former and current professional dancers. While the curriculum is steeped in the classics in both ballet and character dance, DanceWest Ballet also offers a range of contemporary dance (including jazz and hip-hop) and tap from beginner to advanced. Students who elect to perform in DanceWest Ballet's annual production of The Nutcracker or who are members of its pre-professional company have the opportunity to interact and dance with high-caliber guest artists and to compete in select competitions. Naperville and the surrounding area is home to many dance studios with emphasis in different genres of dance. For high-quality ballet technique, pointe, repertoire, character, contemporary, and tap, DanceWest Ballet is the best choice for dancers as a career or as recreation.

Surprised to find such great ballet and hip hop classes for adults in the Naperville area. I found that their availability of day or evening classes for adults worked with my hectic schedule. Instructors are really wonderful. I was even able to make up some of my missed classes with the Pilates. Their staff was always pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend!

The children's classes are entertaining and fun with a healthy mix of real ballet terminology. Would recommend any parent looking for classes for your children. My daughter loves coming!
