Your people did a wonderful job at fixing our dryer vent system.

Sergio, Jason and Sam worked for five hours to figure out how and why the builders people laid it out the way they did.
Your crew didn’t just start punching holes in the drywall, but rather, they took the time to investigate all the possibilities.

They are all very professional employees and you folks should be very proud of them.
We are thrilled that we now have the peace of mind that goes with a dryer vent system that we can count on.

I had my dryer vent cleaned. My technician was on time, mindful of disposing of waste (and wore booties over his shoes) was very quick and thorough. Highly recommend!

The service I received from Mr Duct was above expectations. The service team was very respectful of my time and my property. They explained what they were doing and made sure to leave items in the house as they were found. They used their flex camera to highlight issues and for me to validate their results. A good job!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Duct. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I appreciated the 1/2 hour call ahead and the service man was on time. He cleaned my furnace and did not try to sell me anything extra or make claims and this and that needed replacement. Other companies I contacted tried to sell me "packages" which were much more costly before I could even tell them what I needed. Will use Mr. Duct again and refer them to friends.

I was so impressed that they even wore protective booties over their shoes when they entered my home. Very impressed all the way around and would recommend them 100% over and over again.

Having purchased a new dryer for a home we had just moved into made us suspicious when it was no longer drying. In checking the outside dryer vent, we pulled handfuls of lint out. One call to Mr. Duct had two men out to inspect and clean out a dryer duct that was completely clogged (over 20')! From the person on the phone to the technicians, all were very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We are having them back in the spring to clean all of our ducts! I highly recommend them.....

While drying laundry, I noticed the smell of something burning. When I opened the dryer, I saw a tiny amount of smoke coming out of the interior dryer vent.I was about to call the fire department - but I made a decision to call MR. Duct instead. I was astounded that Tom, the dispatcher, was able to have Mario and his assistant get to my house within 40 minutes!The cleaning of the dryer vent was done quickly, and the problem was resolved.Both techs were friendly, courteous, and conscientious.I would not hesitate to use Mr. Duct again - or refer Mr. Duct to others.My dryer is working much more efficiently now, and my laundry dries in half the time.I strongly recommend Mr. Duct clean your dryer vent as often as recommended, in order to save $$, energy, and to prevent a potential disaster from occurring !!
