I recently switched from an old cell phone to a Samsung Skyrocket and had no clue how to work it. Tim, Mark and Denise at the store all helped explain all about it and gave me quick tips on great applications. They were excellent and so courteous. This is the first time at an AT&T Store that they went well out of their way to help me. I give them a 10 Star Rating. I will never use anyone else.
