There staff is very helpful! I had a huge project and a limited time I ordered a few items and took a few off display. They have an amazing selection I would have never thought of some of the designs as fitting in my house but with the right flow they look amazing! Some of the items I order took about 5weeks and some came in right away. They were very helpful and even great with service! The girls in the office were supper sweet and really wanted to make sure the project was complete. I would send all of my friends there! Thanks for the making my home so beautiful!

My husband and I ordered some fixtures from Galleria lighting. Initially we were told it would take a couple weeks to get them in. We checked in a week later and were told it would take SIX weeks. We called Galleria and asked to speak with a manager in hopes someone would call the manufacturer to help us schedule a better date with our electrician. Beth, who we still have no idea if she is a manager or not, said she would help us. All we wanted was for her to call wherever they place the order with and find out if it had been shipped. She refused. After explaining the situation again, asking politely again, she again refused. We asked for the number and said we would call directly. Beth said she can't give that number out. FINALLY she said someone would call them and let us know tomorrow. After spending approximately $3000.00 with this company, this is the customer service we received! In my opinion, it's more like customer NEGLECT! I called DuPage Lighting and asked Julie to help us. She was a complete 180 compared to that nasty Beth from Galleria. Julie said she would call as many people necessary to help us get our fixtures. Wish I had done business with DuPage Lighting in the first place. I will NEVER, EVER do business with Galleria Lighting again. And I promise to tell everyone I know and meet what a bunch of JERKS they are at Galleria. If I could give them a negative amount of stars, I would.
