Be careful!!!!! BED BUGS in mattress.

My wife and I just purchased a mattress from Carson Pirie Scott Furniture Clearance center in Naperville last week. As everyone knows purchasing a new home is expensive and we were looking for a good deal. However, the first night we slept in the bed we found that they had BED BUGS!!!! gross. Not to mention that it will now cost us $1,000 to get rid of these nasty creatures. We did not open the casing until the mattress was in our bedroom so they must have been inside. Fact: Bed bugs can live in high heat. They only can be killed by temperatures of 120 degrees or more. Even with the casing on the mattress they could be living inside or in the crevices of the mattress.

FACT # 1 - NO RETURN POLICY at Carson Pirie Scott Furniture Warehouse & Clearance Center!!!!!
FACT # 2 - $1,000 to kill bed bugs.

Furnished my entire house with the furniture they sell. Quality and great prices. I used the same employee so they could inform me of new items that might match my previous purchases. Jeanine was an awesome consultant she found pieces to go with items that I bought on previos visits. Jeanine also worked to search the database to find items that I had found in ads and didn't want to pay full price for at different clearance centers and have them brought to the location I shopped at. I would give the store a 4 star and our sales lady a 5 star awesome service.
