This complaint regarding Budget truck rental on Washington St in Naperville. We booked a one-way reservation for a moving truck and when we came to pick up the truck, the Budget agent asked us to bring the truck back for him instead of doing one-way. In the return, he would give us $40 off and our total would be $88. However later he charged us the total of $130 without applying the $40 off. I called Budget customer service and the customer service rep put me on hold to talk to the dealer where I booked the truck. Then she said the guy didn't acknowledge about the $40 off. I told the customer service rep that $130 is about the price for one-way reservation, why would I drive an empty truck for an hour back to return to the same location for nothing? She didn't try to help but instead accused me of lying about the $40 deal and refused to correct the billing error.
