I've used this company for 12+ years now, and saw that the company is listed on Yelp & DexKnows. The benefit of this company is the fact the owner,Jeff, has many years of valuable experience in which to manage a rental property to the betterment of both the owner & tenant. If you have property that you are considering to rent, I sincerely recommend Napa Valley Rentals Only. This company handles many of the repair issues directly, which can be time-saving, and of value to the owner. I've taken Jeff's advice on how to better improve my property so that the desired tenants are better satisfied, as I look for long-term residents who take care of the property.
