$200 to tow my car 4 miles

I called this company to help me pull my tractor out of a ditch. They were very professional and worked as a team. They used winches to pull themselves through my field without any damages to my crops. Their price was much less than I have been charged in past years from other companies. I would recommend them very highly!

These guys know how to take car of people. I had my car looked at by three different shops. They were the only ones that knew what was actually wrong and fixed it for 80% less than the other estimates, It was fixed right and still runs great. Very polite and up front with their work.

I was in the mountains and my boat slid off my trailer and was pulling my truck down the side of a mountain. Not only did this guys drive up here fast, but they saved my boat and my truck. By the way, they were the only tow company that answered their phone on a weakend!

The service was awsome! These guys know what they are doing. They use their shop at Nampa Auto Repair on 12th Ave. They repaired a problem that two other shops could not fix and it was just a bad ground. Only charged me $50.00, because they found it right away. I will refer them to all my friends!

I had the best service ever from these guys. I understand that these are rough times and it seems that everyone seems to complain unless they get their way and that usually is some crazy way or something for free. I do not see how this shop ever would get a bad review. They are honest, have low prices, and will even work out payment plans with people. They treat you like family and that is the word all over town. I have referred several friends and they all fell like I do. I know that most happy people do not take the time to write good comments, but hopefully the good ones will over power the negative and angry people of this world!

Yes we are the same famly that has members that own different businesses. That is no secret. We do provide oil changes for only $25.00 and most filters are included, unless they are very expensive ( this has happened only once). When people ask in a nice way we do almost everything for our customers, but when they come in to our shop intoxicated and angry, yelling and using poor language, we are left with an unreasonable customer. We understand that people like good customer service and we have had over 255 customers in our first two months. They are all, but a couple very happy. In todays times, economy is bad and people are angry. I could right a book on many of the crazy things people want us to do, but they feel it is bad service if we do not bend over backwards and give out everything for free! Too bad I can't give them no stars. The worst service I have ever had. They are now offering oil changes at thier new address on 12th Ave. S. but don't expect to get your filter changed as promised. Expect to pay $25 extra if you want them to reset your timer in your car that lets you know the engine needs servicing. I told the owner I was unhappy with the way he was conducting his buisness and his responce was that I was upset and he did not help unhappy people. What kind if business is that. I don't compain very often, even with hair in food and such, stuff happens but to not make it right, just wrong!
