We have twice used this company, once for a water heater leak and once for a roof leak. They were polite and helpful, but both times they failed to finish the job. I had to wait for weeks to get my kitchen flooring replaced, and I eventually had to remove the tape from the kitchen cabinets myself because they would never send someone out to do it, despite repeated promises. Then after the roof leak, I returned home to a filthy bathroom covered in drywall dust and remnants and insulation. And after more than a year, they never found 5 minutes to stop by and remove their lockbox from my door, even after multiple reminders.
