If I was you I would avoid at all costs... My past landlord use them to sell the house we were living in for 4 years plus... And talk about an illegal eviction... Victed completely through text message harassment the whole time when they did that I was two weeks away from giving birth to my son and had to move at Christmas time with a newborn in the snow and ice yeah I know they can't control those types of situations but harassing me you have this many days to get out you have this many days now to get out and all through text message no legal paperwork of any kind I would avoid avoid avoid.
