If you rent from this company you will be lucky to get your deposit back if any. Not to metion they hire non-reputable companies to do in home repairs then have to turn around and get certified repairmen thus making you suffer for their stupidity. Their staff are liars. They are kind to you when they need something from you but other that...you don't matter.You can clean, paint and replace and you will not get your money back. Suggestion-when you give notice to vacate...do not pay your rent and walk away. You will get nothing back! They not only screwed me out of my deposit but friends and family as well. I should have listened to them. Im sorry now.
