I'm afraid my review is NOT a good one. When we first went in, everyone was very cordial. Found a dress we wanted, which had to be ordered. Had plenty of time, so we did that, but were not told there would be no seamstress the month of December. When the dress came in October, went for fitting. Were told then that seamstress would be there only one (1) day in November. We had to find a different seamstress to complete the work in addition to redoing what we had already paid $150. for their seamstress to do. Called to say we would pick up the dress early afternoon on a Saturday, and were told that would be fine...they would be there until 4:00 pm. Drove about 100 there and they had closed at noon. The person who has answered 'forgot' to put it on the schedule. Finally got them to overnight the dress to us after paying the alteration charges without having seen what had been done. NOT HAPPY!

My friend and I went for her first day of wedding dress shopping. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Nicole was so helpful and supportive. This is a great store. We were made very comfortable and had terrific experience.
