Poured Soda, Tea, Water for all but 7 of us and then watched him refill everyone else's drinks biscuits brought out and still no drink. Told him we haven't been served our drink. 5 minutes later...you all draining me dry. Zachary how can we be draing you dry we haven't even had a glass poured for us yet. Asked for Manager then Zachary decides to pour some coke into my glass. Waited for Manager. Everything served behind. Some items cold. Corn and potato and pork cold. Wanted to enjoy watching our 12 year old son enjoy the show wanted to enjoy the show myself. When you pay the amount you do it should be great. Disappointed to say the least.

A friend gave me complimentary tickets for the show, but when I arrived with my daughter and two young grandsons, the staff refused to let us in, saying the tickets were "non-transferrable." My grandsons, ages 6 & 5, were distraught because they'd so been looking forward to the show, but the manager I spoke to would not relent. Her only suggestion: "You're welcome to PURCHASE tickets for the show, using your "local" discount." Well, thanks, but I didn't really have an extra $100 to spend.

Great Place if you Want a TON of food. I thought it was a bit Pricey but it was ALOT of food and a Great Show so I gues Overall it was worth the $. To just experience this was quite an adventure, and to my understanding this is the First of the Dixie Stampede's to change over to this.
