Car had over powering odor from cigarette smoke. Due to schedule I did not have time to wait for another car. First stop after my meeting was to pick up air freshener. I would like to have seen this issue corrected after rental was turned in prior to my rental, since they are all non smoking cars.

Rented a car for 1 day. Had it less than 18 hours and returned it. They charged me for 3 days. Over the next 10 days i made no less than a dozen calls alway either leaving voicemail or speaking to a clerk who would have to have a manager call back. Finally had to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

Once again, Enterprise provides top notch service at reasonable prices.. Their vehicle selection was wide ranging. We reserved our vehicle online. It was ready, clean and gassed up. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. No delays. We will definitely use their service again. Quality vehicle at a reasonable price.

I rented a full size car when we went to Myrtle Beach July2nd-July9th. When I went to get our car rental, the woman behind the counter was very friendly, courteous and was very efficient. I was even upgraded to a small SUV. We had no problems with our rental. The business was closed when we dropped off our car, we dropped the keys in the box and left for home.

I would rent from Enterprise anytime I need a car.

I have always used Enterprise in the past anytime I travel but they lost me as a customer after I had the most terrible experience at Enterprise in Myrtle Beach Airport location. The tire was always losing air. Started losing air after about 4 days of rental. Seems like they didn't check the car thoroughly after it was previously dropped off, since they they are busy in the

Thru Costco I was to be quoted an inclusive pricing which I did not receive . I made numerous calls to correct the error. The car seat rental was terrible. I did not expect top of the line; but it was bad . The rental was clean but small for an upgrade. I will not use Enterprise again .

Great car. Guy at counter awesome. In fact, told me I had all kinds of extras using my American Express to secure that I did not know. However filled up hour away and when we got there, tank registered a bit higher than 7/8ths of tank but not quite full. Was charged $14 extra to make it full although we had receipt. So much for using my one free day as a patron. Paying less in FL for a car in a week than an economy car in Myrtle for 5 days. Will be using others from now on.

Landed in Myrtle Beach on 6/5/16 and there were only 2 employees behind the Enterprise counter. Hardly enough to service all those customers just getting off a plane. I waited in line about 45 minutes. Wasn't happy!

We rent full size cars frequently based on price from Myrtle Beach Airport. Last 2 and best rentals were with Enterprise. The cars were clean & this time we got a backup camera, rare @ MB unless on higher level cars. Last time we got an upgrade to a jeep with no backup camera. Service is better than most at Enterprise.

Good experience overall from the rental counter to returning the car. Staff as efficient and friendly.
