Horrible customer service

The staff at James Hodge Ford were a pleasure to do business with. They went out of their way to make the first time vehicle purchase a most memorable experience four our daughter. I would recommend their services to anyone! If you are looking for a vehicle, then give them a shot. You wont be dissatisfied. Their staff is honest, upfront, and eager to help in any way they can. Thanks again you guys!!!

Worst experience ever! They refused to lower their price and refused to give me any more for my trade-in than their first offer. I got approved for financing but they wouldn't call me and I had to call over and over. They treated me like a second class citizen and Phil, my salesman, lied about why he couldn't call me back. This went on for five days. I really liked their car that I was trying to buy but I got sick of their crap and am looking elsewhere. They lost my business and the business of my friends forever because they were greedy, lazy, and treated me like filth. I hope they fail and have to close up shop. Treating people bad like they did will eventually get them a bad reputation. To the people who got lucky and had a good experience I say good for you and I wish I could have had one as well.
