Very helpful, hearing things I haven't heard in a long time. Answered all of my questions and worked with my insurance.

The service was excellent and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.A great experience. I will definitely be back.

Was in with my Dad fo a couple of appointments. Michelle, Kim and the others were very helpful and got him fit with the right hearing aid. He is very happy and he can hear better. Big change. Thanks

Muskegon hearing and speech told me hearing aid trial was free, when I returned the aids as unsatisfactory they let me know there was a $500 dollar restocking fee. If Tom opens his mouth he is lying

Tested me and sold me a set of Starkey Halo aids for $6000. At the time I asked it they would be covered by the V A. I was told they didn't know. When I got to my Florida VA 4 months later the VA told me that they were covered and would provide me with a pair. Contacted Muskegon to see if I could get a partial refund and was told the company did not accept returns if longer than 30 days. No offer to refund their fees (see price of Starkeys on ebay). I think it is their business to know if veterans hearing aids are covered. Anyway "thank you for my service."
