These people did a fantastic job installing a hitch in my truck and wiring on my truck and very reasonably priced great service

I went back to this place again for my trailer work. I had a problem with a trailer I bought and they helped me get it fixed. These people really stand behind there work.

I ordered something and the next afternoon they had it!

I'll make a long story short. I was quoted $169 for a remote start w/alarm but charged $259 for a remote start with NO ALARM, and they refused to do anything about it! Then I wanted it removed and it was going to be $50. But I would have to wait almost a month because the owner was going to be having "Surgery" and he is the only one who is allowed to do refunds(the owners exact words). I asked about his wife who works at the shop with him and he said that she was going to be going with him...obviously giving me the run around. So I scheduled to have it removed as soon as I could. When the day came I showed up, and I was told that it's normally $75 to have it removed, but he was going to waive that fee. Also, I wasn't going to get a refund, I had bought the unit and it was mine to keep! What good is a remote start that's not hooked up in a vehicle? I want to know what happened to the $50 it was originally going to cost me to have it removed and why did I have to wait almost a month for him to get back from "surgery" if there wasn't going to be a refund? The only thing that he had to do to make it right was remove the remote start and give me my money back. That's all that I wanted. Now I will try to let everybody know what kind of business they're running and I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
