The owner of this business is extremely mean and rude. He doesn't appreciate his customers don't give him your business.

Consistently rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful owner. We had an expensive blanket dry cleaned which they ruined. He was unwilling to reimburse us for the damage and when he finally did, he told us to never come back as if it were our fault that he ruined our blanket. We have witnessed his rudeness to other customers as well.

I frequent the Muskego cleaners for my business attire dry cleaning. The family that owns / operates this business is very dedicated in providing excellent customer service. They will often meet my short time frame requests and always do so with a smile.
