I got my glasses here and they were perfect. I have never had a problem with them at all. When I needed to go back and get new glasses, I ended up going to Americas Best in Menifee and they were awful, paid almost 500.00 for 2 pairs and they got all scratched just from using the little cleaning cloth they gave me to use. I ended up with my Walmart glasses back on my face. I have had them now for 6 years and they don't have any scratches or anything. I can still see out of them, but I do need new ones and a stronger prescription, so I will be making my appointment soon.

My husband & I had our eye exam at Walmart,bought our frames & lens there.When we received them,neither pair was right.We waited a few days, thinking our eyes just had to adjust to them,before taking them back.They adjusted my husbands frame to make the lens correct,which made his frame crooked on his face & still is because thats the only way he can see though them correctly.The girl waiting on us told me to bring my old glasses back in so they could compare.So today I did that & they suggested another eye exam by the Dr,which I did.The Dr said the glasses were not made correctly & wrote out how the lens should have been according to my prescription.I took what he wrote back over to the girl,she went to talk to her mgrshe ,came back & said if they had to be made over they would have to charge me extra.Now my prescription was the same mind you,it just wasn't put in the glasses correctly.The mgr did NOT want to come & talk to us,she kept answering the phone when there were two other girls there not doing anything,she was trying to avoid us.The girl that was waiting on us did not know what she was doing,seemed to be new,so I had to ask the mgr,who was standing right by us to come over & explain why I had to pay more since it was not my mistake.She said,if we have to change the lens then we have to charge you.What kind of deal is this?They make the mistake,which the Dr confirmed & yet I get charged for their mistake?I DON'T THINK SO!!!! I asked for a refund & I will go where I'm treated like I should be treated!! Will NEVER go Back to Walmart!!!
