A Consulting and Project Management Firm that specializes in steel packages of all different types and sizes. Our services could start in the early design stages to help our client determine what type of steel structure meets the fundamental needs of their project and budget. After the design and budget have been developed, we produce final 3D models that help coordinate the structural and architectural steel with the other trades to avoid conflicts and expedite the construction of the actual building. Once those designs are approved by the Owner and GC, we develop the detailed steel fabrication and erection drawings to insure that the design is accurate throughout the production process. Then our Fabrication department will manufacture each and every piece of steel in sequential order for the construction of the building. With the direction and coordination with the GC we will have the steel parts delivered to the job site in sequence and have our Installation team there to offload the steel and start erecting the steel in the most efficient way possible. Our installers are experienced and qualified in several different types of steel structures and architectural products.

Amenities
Our firm can handle all your steel needs and every phase of the process. We begin with design, where our first goal is to determine your budget, build time, site constraints, and other factors and decide which type of steel structure meets the needs of your project. We then go through several design stages, including 3-D modeling, to ensure your steel products will be durable and perfectly made. Then we move into fabrication, crafting each piece in the exact order in which you’ll need it on your construction site. We cut, bend, weld, attach, machine and otherwise assemble. Our industry experience makes us efficient, but we still never sacrifice quality for the sake of speed. Finally, it’s time for the installation phase. All the steel pieces we fabricated are now assembled on-site with mobile and tower cranes. Depending on the design, welding and bolting may also be required at this stage to ensure the individual parts are firmly attached.
