This was my 2nd visit there this summer. Fast service, friendly, everything was 1st class. This will definately be my go to place. They even called me 2 days later to check up on me. Also emailed me. Thats more than my regular doctors do.

The doctor, Heather, and her assistant were both very compassionate, professional and thorough. Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist, Debbie, is another story. Starting at 9:00 am, I called three times the day after my visit to ask if Heather could recommend something for my cough which was so strong and constant that my ribs were sore. Each time I asked Debbie to call me back to let me know that she received my message and what would be done. After no call by 2:00 pm, I called again and had to leave a message. Once again I asked her to please call me back - my cough was causing me a lot of pain. I still had no call from Debbie by 3:00 pm, so I called again. She said she had passed the message on. But because she never called ME, I of course had no idea what was going on or why it was taking all day to hear back. Once I called my pharmacy and they confirmed that they just NOW received my prescription, I decided to call Debbie back with the intention of simply recommending to her that in the future it would be so helpful if she would call a patient back when they have requested her to do so so that the patient is kept informed. Although I thought I was making a positive contribution, Debbie became aggressively defensive, interrupting me and talking over me. Because I was still very ill from the flu, I just could not listen to her angry rants, gave up trying to get a word in, and ultimately hung up so I could drive to my pharmacy. On a better day I would have listened to Debbie and waited, but this was not a better day. Debbie's response to me is definitely not what one would expect from a professional medical office. I must emphasize the doctor and assistant were exceptional. That is why I give a "Better Than Most" rating. If not for Debbie, I would have rated Southern Urgent Care "First-class." Yesterday I thought I had found an excellent health care facility. But now, after today's experience with Debbie, I am certain I cannot return there.

If you are concerned about seeing a health care professional who is concerned about diagnosing and follow up, and don't want to deal with bureaucratic layers of unhelpfulness, don't visit this facility.

Amazing quick services. We were in and out. Even able to get our prescription. This was a perfect spot since we were on vacation that got us in and out so we could get back and enjoy our vacation. Couldn't have been happier.

I took my father to this clinic in the morning as he was vomiting, in pain, and naseaus throughout the night. I suspected dehydration as he had been working out excessively in the heat. This clinic did not take proper tests to determine a diagnosis and send him away with anti-nasea medication and told him he was fine. His symptoms worsened throughout the day and we had no choice but to take him to the hospital. At the hospital he was diagnosed with heat exhaustion, dehydration, and prostatitis, and had to be on an iv for hours. I DO NOT recommend this clinic as my father was not cared for professionally, even after we questioned the service and told the doctor what had occurred leading up to his sickness. The clinic potentially endangered my father and did not provide appropriate care.
