My husband and I lived at a property managed by this agency for a little over five years. We liked living at the apartment and the rent was very reasonable. Although some of the buildings do have problems with brown recluse, this is not unusual for the area. Unfortunately, the building we lived in also had some problems with black mold. The entire foundation was saturated with spores underneath the crawl space, causing the kitchen and bathroom areas (on the second floor) to require a relatively frequent cleaning in order to prevent mold from accumulating in the apartment itself. The most difficult aspect of living here, however, was dealing with the woman who manages the rental office. She seems nice when you speak with her, but never hesitates to disparage a tenant or co-worker behind their back. She does this to literally everyone, and will tell anyone who will listen. The maintenance people are nice, though, and the rent is cheap if you can get past these things.
