Russells Auto Care does not have good communication at all. I took my truck in for a transmission repair they kept it for 3 days without doing anything to it, they tried to charge me for some bolts that they broke, and my truck was not ready when then said it would be. All in all I am very dissatisfied with their service and I would not recommend them to anyone, EVER!!!
