I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from Riverside Motors. I found the car online and went in to test drive it. The salesman was friendly and let me take it to a mechanic. I was able to get a good loan through a credit union and left the same day. I am happy with my purchase!

I have a reporter that that will do a story on riverside. But all of us that have had a bad or horrible experience with riverside has to file a complaint with the better business bureau if you do this then they will more than likely get shut down and they will not be able to keep robbing hard working people. Liars!! Salesman, Butch, lied to us repeatedly over our 2 1/2 hour trip. There wasn't even a vechile when we got there.

I bought a car there and in less than 3 weeks it needed a new headgasket and would cost $2500 to fix. They offered to have their mechanic fix it and to not charge labor. I took it to their shop and they wanted me to pay $1600 to get it fixed due to labor. This business is a sham. Please dont make the mistake I did and go here. You will regret it.

My wife and I recently purchased a white Yukon from Riverside motors. We were told that we had financing through a bank called Nicolas Financial. we thought thought everything was fine and left with the truck that day. my wife received a call from Mike and he informed her that the bank had now decided to back out of our loan and that we had to return the truck. He made no mention of how we would be returned our down payment. Something seemed very wrong about this being that we had our already signed a contract from the bank and someone had already cashed our Check so I told of Mike that we would not be bringing the truck back-up unless we were guaranteed The return of our 1500 dollar payment. . He never really responded to that and gave me the runaround now it is 3 weeks later and we have not returned the truck we have been constantly harassed and threatened by Riverside Motors employees and we have told them repeatedly that we are not going to return the truck but they can come and get it if they want no one has came to pick up the truck until finally I spoke with the owner bill Koenig on the phone last night and I guess I pissed him off because someone did finally come to my wife's work today in a tow truck and tried to steal the truck fast enough before he could towfast enough before he could tow the truck away my wife told the police whamy wife told the police what was going on and so they ask the tow truck driver for the paperwork that said he was able to come and pick up the truck he had no paperwork but he told the cops that the bank wanted the truck back, so my wife got the number for the bank from the tow truck driver and called the man named Tony that he said was in charge of our account the police said that the dealership was falsifying information and that we could keep ththe police said that the dealership was falsifying information and that we could keep the truck he then told he then told the tow truck driver to leave but afterwards he informed my wife this has been one of the worst experiences of our live to be continue

RUN RUN RUN as fast as you can away from this place, I AM AN employee and know everything BILL KOENIG THE PREDATOR OWNER DOES,,, let me start with all his lies ZERO DOWN IS B.S ALL HIS BANKS REQUIRE DOWNPAYMENT IF YOU DONT BELEIVE ME ASK HIM WHOM HE IS GETTING YOUR LOAN THROUGH AND CALL THEM YOURSELFS, ALMOST ALL HIS CARS HAVE TERRIBLE DAMAGE THEY ARE FIXED AT GREENWAY AUTOMOTIVE WHICH HE ALSO OWNS NO CERTIFIED MECHANICS ILLEGAL ALIENS IN THE BODY SHOP MOST ARE FIXED ACCORDING TO HIS COST NOT THE PUBLICS SAFETY, HE WILL ASK YOU TO LIE TO THE BANK IF YOU DONT HAVE ALL YOUR DOWNPAYMENT WHICH IS BANK FRAUD ON YOUR PART AND HIS YOU CANT HAVE A DEFERRED PAYMENT FOR YOUR DOWNPAYMENT OR YOUR CONTRACT IS VOID AND YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE THE CAR BACK, ONCE AGAIN ASK THE BANK IF YOU DONT BELEIVE ME..HE JUST LOST 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN MURFREESBORO COURT TO A CUSTOMER WHOM WAS A COUSIN OF ANOTHER SALESMAN FOR LYING ABOUT THE CORRECT EQUIPTMENT ON THE VEHICLE AND HAD TO ALSO BUY THE CAR BACK. HE WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY IF YOU LEAVE HIM ANY ON A CAR AND LATER DONT WANT IT!!! HE ALSO CHARGES FOR GAP INSURANCE TO ALL HIS BUY HERE-PAY HERE CUSTOMERS $595 DOLLARS AND IS NOT A LICENSED AGENT NOR EVER GIVES THE CUSTOMER AN INSURANCE POLICY, THIS IS ONLY THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG SO BE VERY AWARE IF YOU DEAL WITH RIVERSIDE MOTORS YOU WILL GET SCREWED IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE , I WARN YOU NOT TO BE FOOLED BY THERE UPFRONT KINDNESS THEY ARE SALESMAN ITS ONLY ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO BUY CARS FROM NOT THIS GUY HE IS BAD FOR TENNESSEE OR WHEREVER HE GOES HE IS A BAD PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw a car on their website, called and was connected with Bill who was very pleasant to talk to. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Went in the same day to get an appraisal on my vehicle and got more than what I thought I would get. Bill is an excellent sales person if you go buy a car I recommend Bill and Riverside Motors as the choice to buy a vehicle.

I also went to Riverside Auto... Dealt with Mr.Jon Thalor

who called me 3 times to tell me I was approved by the bank and that he had 45 banks to work with, called me again first thing Saturday morning to see when I would be there. I was then told the car I was origionally interested in was not avail to me according Mr. Thalor. But he could finance me for a certain amount and I WAS APPROVED BY THE BANK. He kept forcing a car on me that I was not interested in and I asked for another car in the price range and he basicly told me that car WAS my only option. Upon test driving the car just a few miles down the road it ran out of gas. Who lets a car off there lot with out gas? I had advised him I thought the tires were bad and he shook it off. I ended up taken the car which had a blow out the same day and while being helped by a friend it was discovred there was no spare tire on the car and the tire that blew was not even the correct size and did not match the other three in size. NOT SAFE! HELLO what if My son was in the car???? And a accident would have occured? The 3rd day I had the car it was breaking down and I was advised to take it to their mechanic. I have no idea if the problem was fixed or just adjusted to make it run. Next Morning I get a call from Mr. Thalor asked me for a few more Thousand down, and now the bank won't finance me, and if I could not bring a few thousand more, to them I was to return the car. I called Riverside Auto to advise them I was leaving work 5 hours early to accomidate them and was advised they would be open till 7pm. I arrived at 6:25pm and guess what. No one to be found and building locked up.

I think YOU MR. Owner are writing the fake good reviews..... You are a shotty business with a bad reputation which I found out later, You take advantage of people and send them on there way in dangerous unsafe cars with liars misinforming unsuspecting people into your midst.

I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND YOU OR YOUR COMPANY! I WILL INSTEAD MAKE NUMEROUS REVIEWS TO WARN PEOPLE OF YOUR MISDEEDS.

NOT TO MENTION WHILE SITTING IN JON THALOR OFFICE I NOTICED A STACK OF ABOUT 2 FEET TALL ON THE FLOOR NEXT TO MY CHAIR WITH ALL THE PAPERWORK FROM PREVIOUS PEOPLE, THE APPLICATIONS FOR THE BANK WHICH HAS ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION LIKE SOCIAL SECURTITY NUMBERS. I COULD HAVE STOLEN THE IFORMATION TO STEAL HUNDREADS OF ID'S!!!!!!!!!!!
