worst service in town! step right up to do business with people that show absolutely no respect. seriously though, i've been here 3 times and twice, they left out my biscuits. i payed for them, they weren't there. i even asked the second time, if they made sure they were in there, just get a "yes." I get all the way home, and... no biscuits. i called. they said if i have my reciept, they'll give me the biscuits. yeah.... im going to drive across town to do all of that. that will be the day

the best chicken in town. Everything tasted amazing especially the chicken!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE is not good at all. I advised my family and friends to not go to this Popeyes here on Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro. I was there on 09/09/11 and waited 15mins in line in my car after I already ordered. Today 09/12/11, I went back there, gave them the benefit of the doubt and unfortunately recieved bad customer service. The woman (so she claims is the manager when I called to complain) was actually the one on the intercom who was rude...she told me to come back in 15 mins because the chicken wasn't cooked. Wow. So I came back in half an hour, she told me to come back, she said they should be done in another 15 mins and was RUDE. I left and went down the street to churches, they gave good customer service and the chicken was ready within seconds. I rather drive to the Ville for Popeyes, then to go to this location on Memorial, bad customer service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Just an FYI, don't let the new restaurant look decieve you, it's the people that work there...they need to retrain their workers and the MANAGER on "good customer service". Just sayin.
