Upon coming to Murfreesboro 2 years ago, I looked around for an vehicle upgrade. I came across this dealership, after looking at other places I found the car I wanted. When I talked to Suhaail the owner himself about the down payment option. He told me it'd be a solid $1500, I had a friend with me as well that heard the same price. Later when I came back by myself after looking at other car lots, he raised the price to $3,500 with taxes. I had to put down a total of $3,900. Now this is a hefty down payment for a used car, this being my first time purchasing a car in America, I honestly thought this would decrease the price altogether.(Sidenote* I am an international student). He pocketed the whole $3900 then raised the car to triple the actual value, mind you the vehicle I purchased was a 2006 and I paid a total of $15K after the down payment and paying $400 monthly for 2 years. There are no warranty and as is.
I understand the concept of capitalism and need of profit for a successful business but taking advantage of my nationality isn't the way to do it. On top of all this, I noticed that he changed his receptionist every single month, no joke. I get a different lady attempting to charge me late fees each month after explaining to them that I was on a monthly payment plan rather than a semi-monthly. I explained to the owner up front that I am on a fixed salary and that once a month was my only option. So beware of unnecessary fees because he will suck every penny from you that he can.
In conclusion, there are many other car lots in the middle tn area that doesn't have to take advantage of people to run their business. I did pay off my car and have title in hand.

I recently had a 2001 honda civic that i had purchased from DRIVE NOW FRANKLIN, i had paid on it for 4 years. But decided i wanted another one. So i reached on facebook about wanting to tag my negative equity onto another car. Tina immediatly replied to my comment. I went their and was greated properly, sat down and talked about how i got screw from my othsr car lot. We looked around at a few cars with leo, and i found a 2014 hyundai elantra that would work with me with very low mileage. I was approved instantly. I found a few problems that werent anything major, they have have been working with me to fix them. They are a very true and honest company. You even get referrals when you refer someone else to by a car. Which i got one of those woohoo. Definatly reccomend them!!

Purchased my recent vehicle from Broadway Motors and the vehicle is absolutely everything Steve said it would be. They are very honest about there cars and not at all pushy as most (all) other used car dealers. Highly recommend Steve at BROADWAY MOTORS.
