While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

SUCKS

This place sucks. Every time I come if I don't leave before getting served because of the at LEAST 25 minute wait (drive thru or inside) I have to wait at LEAST 30 minutes!! NOT for a difficult order either, for example tonight ordered cheeseburger fry and drink arrived at 11:00 just got back to the house and it's 11:30 live 2 mins away!! It's like this every time!! Did the people that work here even graduate elementary school?

I hope you get this handled as I personally don't have high thoughts about that specific Mcdonalds personally. I've seen better customer service than that place.

I WOULD LIKE THE DISTRICT MANAGERS NAME AND NUMBER FOR THE ABOVE MCDONALDS. MY MOTHER AND I HAVE BEEN MCDONALDS CUSTOMERS SINCE 1986. MY MOTHER IS NOW 90 YEARS OLD, AND UNABLE TO WALK. EVERY MORNING SHE HAD TWO HASHBROWNS AND A CUP OF ICE TEA SENIOR SIZE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME THE SENIOR SIZE TEA BECAUSE THEY SAY MY MOTHER HAS TO BE WITH ME. PLEASE SEND ME SOMETHING FOR MY MOTHER TO GET HER TEA AT SENIOR PRICE. WE HAVE BEEN FAITHFULL CUSTOMERS FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. WOULD DISLIKE THIS TO STOP OUR VISITING MADONALDS, WE ENJOY THE FOOD THERE VERY MUCH. THE GIRLS WORKING WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE DISTRICT MANAGERS NAME. PLEASE HELP
