I've been to this nail salon twice. Both times I've left dissatisfied. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness, and I found this salon after visiting a few different places. They showed me how they drain the water in one way and out another way in order to avoid contamination, which I appreciated. However, the service and quality was not worth the money in my opinion. The woman who did my nails complained half the time, and the other raved about how great her kids were. I just wanted to relax... not listen to that. When I went to pay, she rang me up $10 more than I expected. I had called ahead to verify pricing, and was told a pedi was $25. When I brought that to her attention, she gave me a snappy "There is no $25 pedicure." After I got into my car, I looked at my toes only to find them goopy and uneven, as if the polish was old and had been resuscitated multiple times. Since then, I will never waste my time or money here. Such a shame since it has a nice atmosphere.

This salon is exceptional, they really take customer service and satisfaction to the next level. The stylists are friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend this salon.
