I went into Awesome Tan on Saturday morning, December 3rd. The young lady that was there was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable regarding the lotions and the beds.I came in just to get some information about the different packages, memberships, etc. Although I did not purchase anything, nor did I tan, I will definitely be coming back knowing that there are actual people who do love their jobs and genuinely care about the people that come in.All in all, I'd give this place a 5/5.

Hello again, in response to Hunter's Banks False comments. Spoke to customer and said certain parts of the bed and facials do not come on, sorry you are wrong. He comes from LA Tan, Libertyville because they were closed on Sunday, they are so dirty and have bulbs out all the time in their Lay Down Beds and Stand Ups, so again Mr. Banks is wrong. I have been working here since 1998 and I know everything there is to know, what makes him such an expert when he does not do this for a living, sorry Mr. Banks wrong again. In response to being told off, Mr. Banks was very rude and kept making false claims, again Mr. Banks you are wrong again. Mr. Banks never stated on the phone that he was burnt, said tan was uneven, this is our busiest bed and we have no complaints, try again Mr. Banks. We do care about our customers not the ones that come from dirt hole salons wanting something for free because their salon is closed. Sorry Mr Banks cannot push your Medline Title here, try again!!

I have never been treated so poorly. I have gone to a number of the tanning places in the area and most are really nice and well maintained. Awesome tan in Mundelein is anything but. The receptionist does not know anything, the equipment does not function properly and when I called to complain to owner or manager I was told off. BAD BUSINESS!!!!! I am now burnt and will never go there, so I recommend you go somewhere else where the business cares about their customer!

I personally think Emily is confused, we have a great staff and we know what we are selling, not like the other salons in the area. Please stop by and try our salon, we have great specials, we are clean and we respect our customers. Thanks Emily and Happy Tanning, hope you find what you are looking for......Happy Tanning!!!
