The first time I shopped at this bookstore, the books were sorted by subject (travel, games, romance, teen, etc) but not by author. Imagine entire rows (thousands of books) that have just been randomly put on shelves.



I thought I'd give it one more try the next time I was in town. They did get around to organizing the books, but the selection wasn't very good, and that describes the customer service as well. The correct answer to 'Do you have this in stock?' is NOT 'I don't know, look on the shelves.'
