Sorry that response is so late but had to go back and listen to aduio and watch camera for that day which is still available and we keep logged . Yes you did have a fire arm shipped to us that you did purchase else where. We assumed you where tracking it being that you had called us as the package was arriving telling us that it was here. yes you where told that it would be the following day before you could pick up since we had not logged the unit or done any paper work for you at that time which then you started getting i rate with employess and my self demand your gun right then. as far as teenager working here that was my 20 yr old nephew that does not handle the paper work side of the firearms . and yes we where taken care of other customer that had already been put on our schedule . your contuined verbal ubuse to my self and the employes is why your firearm was sent back to the shipper and refused to do the tranfer which as a ffl dealer that is our right. know one is that big of hurry to get that type of firearm right that second. All that did was raise red flags to us a dealer .

As any one knows that spring of 2015 was one of the most rainiest and stormiest seasons for our area. Also know that most covers will not handle winds and those three to four inches of rain at the rate of which it was coming down. The national weather service support all the facts for this time period. Our policy is that we must have a two week notice to remove shrink wrap and prep the unit for redelivery but some folks think that there boat should not get wet ever! These folks also believe that the design of the factory cover is everyone else problem when it fails to with stand such elements. unfortunately the dealer can not control the weather nor the quality of the cover chosen for each particular unit. Wear and tear and years of weather will cause cover to dry-rot and not protect like planned. Our customer also signs a release stating this and the customer is also welcome to come to check on there unit at anytime which we incourage!

Absolutely terrible. Had a 1500$ rifle shipped to this man through his ffl. When I received notification that it had arrived I stopped in a few hours later after work. He was not there the the teenager behind the counter said he was not on the license to do the paperwork on the rifle. I was told to come back in about an hour and Robert the owner would be back. Came back and still nothing and the young man could not answer one question I asked. Two hours later I called Robert and he told me he didn't have time to do my paperwork and I was not a priority right I have to wait until the following Monday or Tuesday. Remind you this was not his for sale, it was mine bought and paid for just needing the legal paperwork. The rifle was sent back to the seller and had another ffl do it for me without any bs. This man is truly unprofessional and leaves kids running a licensed gun shop. I would not buy a bottle of water off this man in the middle of the desert.

Beware !!!



It may be a coincidence but in the 5 years I have had my boat stored for the winter with these folks I have had my cover damaged twice. The first time they fixed it so I was pretty Ok but the second time this coincidentally happened they now want to charge me 750.00 to replace the cover. Now it seems strange that in the 7 years I have owned the boat it has been outside in the slip every summer with that cover on CORRECTLY and thru alot of big storms I have never had any issues. Then they claim the cover got trashed TWICE in a short window that it was (supposedly) unwrapped to deliver back to me. I don't believe in the Easter Bunny either folks so I am not buying that my boat was unwrapped for a short time and the cover was on correctly. If you value your boat I would advise you to look elsewhere for winter storage and service !!!!
