In 2008 A-Heating installed a Bryant furnace in my home and provided a 10 year warranty for parts and labor. In 2014, after 3 visits to my home, their technician was unable to repair my furnace. I asked the woman in the A-Heating office to send a different technician, but she refused. I was forced to hire an alternate Bryant dealer to get my furnace repaired. In January 2015 my furnace quit working properly again. I called A-Heating and they refused to honor the 10 year warranty contract they had provided at the time of installation.
