It is no surprise why every time I drive by here there is only one or two cars in the parking lot, which are probably the peoples who work here. The people are very unorganized. The hairdresser made me hand her papers to highlight my hair. Meanwhile she's getting bleach all over me, foils in face, bleach covered towel in my face. She tried to say she did not need to put toner in bleach blond hair. NOT TO MENTION, I said highlights in my dark brown hair, and my whole head was blond. Not highlighted at all I could not see any brown. So save yourself the trip, at least a hundred dollars, and 4 hours. I now have to go to another stylist and pay more to get it corrected. DO NOT GO.
