I called a few places before I called Pioneer. This was the only company I called that would give me answers over the phone and were also helpful to instill confidence in their abilities. I had tried to install my own opener and springs and it just wasn't working. Mike was nice enough to tell me what to do over the phone and when I decided I should hire an expert, I did. They didn't try to upsell me and were on time and on budget. I highly recommend Pioneer Door.

I had a spring break on my garage door during the cold snap we had in November. I called and the owners wife had me bring in the broken spring so she could make sure to get the correct replacement size. I was able to get the correct new one within about 15 minutes of being in the office. I decided that I should replace the second one, and since she was at lunch when I called the next day she put the sping in a box outside the shop so I could pick it up after hours. She even gave me an installers number in case I had any questions while I was putting everything back together. Both springs were the exact size that I needed and the replacement went smoothly. Thanks Pioneer Door, I highly recommend using these guys! Make sure you look closely at the map if you are planning on going by the office, they are tucked back behind the Volkswagen repair shop on 196th.

They showed up for the appointment 5 minutes early and the price was exactly what was quoted (no hidden fees). Everyone I spoke to was professional including the technician that came to our home. This company clearly runs a tight ship and cares about their customers. They do a great job!

Everyone I spoke to was competent and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of what needed to be done with my door replacement, and the entire process was seamless. I used them several years ago for a simple repair and they were on time and their pricing is always fair. They have showed me a track record of consistency and I wouldn’t dare call another company for garage door services when these guys are still in business!

I was very impressed with the prompt service we received. Our garage door stopped working after an afternoon storm. I called Pioneer Door at 5:00 on a Thursday and they had a service tech out by 9am the very next morning. Everyone I spoke to at the company was friendly and professional. I am a business owner and can appreciate another company that does business the right way, as there are so many that do not.
