Steve Esposito completed a major renovation and addition onto my house. Steve, Tony and his entire team were a joy to work with; each one was experienced and professional. They addressed all my concerns and incorporated all my ideas. The final result was stunning! We are extremely happy!!

We are having Steve Esposito build a home in Flippin. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath w/3 car garage and unfinished basement. Construction began in September 2015. As of now October 2016 the home is still under construction 3 months ago he told us it will be done in 4 more weeks. The contract completion date was in 10 months (August 2016) The exterior is still under construction the interior trim and painting isn't finished we have a kitchen floor that has a very noticeable lean (about a 1 inch drop with a 4' level) leading to the outside deck. The contractor that was doing the roofing tried to put the shingles directly to the plywood using no tar paper. On Sept. 1st Mr Esposito told that he needed our color seletions for the interior painter because he is ready to get started, but this next step required another payment draw which he received 2 days after his request. I found out 2 weeks after he received his money for the painters to start work, no one was there doing any painting and I called the painter and was told it won't be for another month before he can get started. We still have no power or water to the the house our septic system still hasn't received a state approval. The plumbing and electrical have only been roughed in.

Update: We moved into our new home in January 2017. Although I have had these headaches. I am satisfied with the overall construction and his utmost attention to correcting any problems that came up. He has always answered my phone calls and I am overall satisfied with how the home turned out. Good workers are hard to come by these days and even harder to find skilled workers in this area. Steve has done a good job of picking his workers.
