I took my 17 year old into the office to have her wisdom teeth pulled. I drove over an hour each way! Upon arrival, I was greeted and we were sent to the back room to meet with the dentist. My child has a non life threatening heart murmur and he stated that I needed a dr note in order to schedule surgery. When we checked out of the office, I was asking questions as to when the time frame would be for surgery after I got the forms that were needed. I call today and they refuse to see her because of the way we acted in the office!?!?!? Iam a mother that was asking about their time frames on scheduling after I got the proper paperwork. The office didn't even has the decency to call me and tell me this information! Very poor customer service and I would NOT RECOMMEND them for ANY SERVICES! Very rude people!!!!!
