I should have shopped for new auto insurance years ago, when my premiums kept escalating for no good reason (I had no tickets or accident claims); but I let it slide. Finally, I did some comparison shopping and found out I was really getting gouged. I did my homework on the Washington State Insurance Commissioner's website and found that State Farm had a much better rating than my old insurer, particularly in regard to customer complaints. Even better, Carol Lawson was able to offer me a much lower rate on my premium, with better coverage as well. Best of all, the people in Carol's office are all extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. Most recently, Mardy Eskola went out of her way to research some information I needed and sent it to me promptly, just to be helpful. These are the kind of people you want to deal with -- true professionals with a wonderful attitude. It may sound corny, but they really are like good neighbors. If you need insurance, I highly recommend Carol Lawson and her staff.
