The food is standard BW3 food, but the service is disappointing at best, 2 out of the last 3 times I have been there, they have told us there was a wait to sit down, while standing there you could see 3 or 4 open tables right in front of us. Once seated, the servers do a fine job of taking the orders, however, somewhere in the process, things get slowed way down, because generally it has taken about 45 mins to an hour to get our food. Getting drink re-fills is often times like pulling teeth, and once your finished expect to wait 15-20 mins. to get the first copy of your bill, which generally needs to be fixed because something was charged to you that you either never received, or something is on your bill, that you didn't order.

This is not an over reaction to one bad experience, we have gone about once a week, every week since it opened. At first we chalked it up to the establishment being new, but its been a few months now, and things are not improving. If I told my best friends about this place, I'd say make sure you have plenty of time, and there is something on TV that you want to watch.

the wait was 45 min. we orderd our food got our drinks right away,but 1hr &45min. we got our food. people were getting up leaving because their food was not coming out ,the excuce the waitress and manager gave we only been open for a week. NO EXCUSE! will not go back also waitress was going up hugging friends with our drinks in their hands ,eating food with fingers from their friends tables. it took 17 min. for waitress to take our credit card and pay
