Well they have a policy in place, but as we had the bags bought earlier for the conference and the bags were not good quality they have no replacement policy.

I would rate this company 0 star.

They sell cheap stuff which as good as garbage and then they don't back it up with replacement.

My client had a conference in June but as the Colleges were going to close in Summer they bought the Lunch bags from them in April, and when they opened it there were 15-16 bags whose zips do not work or the zip is not there. When you call them they tell us there policy. I will bear that cost for my client but if you buying from them please check the quality as it is bad. We expect the products to be of good quality atleast the zips working and not torn. Very bad experience with them I will never use them in future. This is just a reminder for other customers.
