I had a HORRIBLE experience when working with this company. They are very unorganized and unprofessional! When I met with Ray to put a contract down on my home, he interrupted us numerous times to take a call about a much more expensive house. He kept coming back to the desk saying, "Where were we?" How unprofessional is that?! Between Melanie and Ray, it took MONTHS to close on my loan and move into my home. They were always forgetting papers that needed to be signed and simply just didn't care about the whole process since they made a mere $2000.00 from the deal. If you wish to purchase a home, please look elsewhere! They are wayyyy better realty companies in this area!
