Provided by YPmobilePurchased expensive custom sofa and quality of cushions has been absolutely terrible. Within a couple months of owning the sofa, the cushions lost their form and support and now causes me back problems(they're that bad). I have had to follow up multiple times and to no avail. They do not care about their customers and will not make it right if you are dissatisfied with the quality of what you just spent a small fortune on. I would gladly forgive the quality if it was remedied, but the store manager clearly does not wish to have repeat business and there is no accountability. Disappointing.
McShayCharleston - this pains me to read this review. For 86 years my family has strive to have impeccable customer service. Please call me at the store; (864) 884-2650, so this can be resolved.
