Stay away. Bob, one of the managers there told he was checking around the area to see if he could locate a part he didn't have in stock. He said that the closest one he found was 40 miles away but he could get me one by 3:30. I then asked him about getting some exhaust repair tape and if he thought it would work. He said it probably wouldn't. Then he answered the phone and walked off without another word. 15 minutes later he came back and I asked if he was going to order the part. He replied with an attitude, "You never told me to order it!" He must have forgotten that he just ignored me right in the middle of our conversation. I told him to order it anyways as he said there weren't any in town. As I walked away he asked my phone number in case he couldn't get the part!! This guy was a total jerk and should be fired. I won't be going back there until I hear that he is no longer working there.



Needless to say, I went to Napa and was treated friendly and with respect and ordered from them instead as they had it in stock making Bob just a bigger liar.
